Cybraxis provides cybersecurity consulting, compliance auditing, penetration testing, managed security services, incident response, and related security solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between Cybraxis and the client.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or systems

Cybraxis is committed to protecting client confidentiality. All information shared during the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with client consent. We execute NDAs where requested.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cybraxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Important: Cybersecurity assessments and testing are performed with professional care, but no guarantee can be made that all vulnerabilities will be identified. Clients acknowledge the inherent limitations of security testing.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cybraxis harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our website, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are specified in the applicable Service Agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges. Cybraxis reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the Service Agreement. Cybraxis reserves the right to refuse service to any client or terminate access to our website at any time without prior notice for violations of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
